Harley Busa
Founder & Lead Software Engineer — known in the tech world as Raijin
Raijin Tech Solutions was founded by Harley Busa, a full-stack developer and software engineer with a passion for building technology that makes a difference. Operating under the alias Raijin, he has delivered 120+ projects spanning mobile applications, enterprise systems, AI-powered automation, and large-scale web platforms.
From offline-first mobile apps with on-device AI to enterprise document management systems with multi-level approval workflows, his work reflects a rare combination of technical depth and real-world problem solving. What began as commissioned projects grew into a vision: a technology company built on innovation, reliability, and global ambition.
